The Woods at Duck Harbor

    The Woods at Duck Harbor is a gated community located in northern Wayne County in Equinunk, Pa. The Woods surrounds a beautiful 250 acre lake which is motorboat accessible and also offers a beach. The community is relatively new and consists of 28 homes and 150 planned lots. Most of the properties are larger than 5 acres, including many of the lakefronts. Each home has individual well and septic and there are 7½ miles of modified stone roads. It is located in the Honesdale School District and Lebanon Township.
