Sugar Hill Estates

    Sugar Hill Estates is a smaller community located on Saw Mill Road in Greentown, Pike County, Pa. The community has rolling hills, mostly wooded parcels, made up of 75 homes and 200 lots. Each property has between one and five acres with individual well and septic. There are 3½ miles of gravel roads which are maintained year round. It is located in the Wallenpaupack School District and Greene Township.
