   Pocono Ranchlands is a gated community located in Pike County in Bushkill, Pa. The community is made up of 724 homes and 2,300 lots. Each home has both individual well and septic. There are 26 miles of paved roads and the community offers 24 hr patrolled security. It is located in the East Stroudsburg School District and Lehman Township. Amenities include pools, clubhouse, ski area, horseback riding, playgrounds, lighted tennis courts & basketball. The community offer 1/3 – ½ acre lots.
