   Pocono Farms is a lovely community located in Monroe County in Tobyhanna, Pa. The community is made up of over 1,200 homes and 2,113 lots. Each home has individual well and septic. There are 28 miles of paved roads and the community is patrolled by 24hr security. It is located in Pocono Mountain School District and Coolbaugh Township. Amenities include　basketball court, community room with year round programs, a 3 mile long lake with 30 rentable boat slips, beach, pool, golf course, play ground, tennis, summer camp, winter activities.
