   Milford Landing is a small well maintained townhouse community located on Route 6 in Pike County east of Milford, Pa. The community is made up of 158 Town Homes and has both central water and central sewer. Most of the units have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and are sized between 1,500 to 2,700 square feet. Some owners commute by bus or train to NYC with easy access to both. There are paved roads with security lighting. It is located in the Delaware Valley School District and Westfall Township.
